Since these products are intangible and electronically delivered, no physical shipping or cancellation is possible once the purchase is complete.
DivinityLabs maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our ebooks.
However, a refund may be initiated under the following condition:
The payment has been successfully deducted from your account, but you did not receive the download link or access to your purchased ebook.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:

Our support team will verify the transaction and respond within 48 hours.
Since ebook delivery is automated and instant, cancellations are not possible once your order has been confirmed and the download link has been delivered.
